Employee Tuition Waiver Form

You must complete one copy of this form each term for both credit and non-credit class(es). The Submit button will automatically forward your request to the appropriate parties.

You must complete a withdrawal form if you decide not to attend the class(es).

Tuition/Waiver Remission(s)

a. Full-Time Employees - Employees shall be permitted to enroll at Reading Area Community College full-time or part-time without payment of tuition or fees. Employees must make, and have approved by their Supervisor, arrangements for the fulfillment of their responsibilities.

b. Dependent(s) - Full-Time Employee's spouse and/or legal dependent(s) shall be permitted to take courses at Reading Area Community College on a full-time or part-time basis, tuition free. All fees shall be the obligation of the Employee or student.

c. Regular Part-Time Employees and Employee's Spouse and or Dependent(s) - Employees shall be permitted to enroll at Reading Area Community College and receive one (1) course per semester without payment of tuition. Fees shall be the obligation of the Employee. Spouse and/or legal dependents of the employee shall be permitted to take one course at Reading Area Community College per semester tuition free. All fees shall be the obligation of the Employee.

d. Full-Time Employees, Regular Part-Time Employees and Employee's Spouse and/or Dependent(s) - Shall be permitted to take on a space available basis any Continuing Education, Adult Education, and/or Vocational-Technical course run by Reading Area Community College at no cost to the Employee and Employee's spouse and/or dependent(s). Fees for materials shall be the responsibility of the Employee.
