Background Clearances

Effective June 1, 2015, all new employees must provide copies of their background clearances to Human Resources Department (Act 34 PA Criminal Background, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, and Act 114 FBI Cogent Fingerprint for the PA Department of Human Services) when hired at their expense.

All RACC employees are required to obtain three background clearances as a condition of employment. If you are offered a position you will be required to obtain these clearances before you start working.
