Students can request a copy of their official transcript online, by U.S. mail or in person at the Student Records Office. No faxes will be accepted.
We ask that you please plan ahead. If you know you'll need a transcript, allow enough time for your request to reach us, for us to process the request, and for the transcript to reach its destination. At the beginning and end of each semester, it can take five days just to process your request, while at other times, only two business days.
There is a $3 fee for each transcript requested.
Step 1: You will need a WebAdvisor login. First-time users click here for instructions. If you already have a login, proceed to step 2.
Step 2: To request an official transcript, you must log in to WebAdvisor. Once you are logged in, select the "Current Students" button. Look under the heading "Academic Profile" on the right side and select the menu item "Transcript Request."
If you have trouble logging in, contact the Student Help Desk (ext. 5171).
- Print the form.
- Send completed form with a check or money order payable to RACC to the Cashier's Office, RACC, 10 South Second Street, PO Box 1706, Reading, PA 19603-1706.
If equipment is operational, we can release an official transcript in a sealed envelope while you wait.
Note: No transcripts or grades can be released through a telephone request.
No transcript or official statement can be released to a student who is financially indebted to the college or who has not fully satisfied college requirements.
Transcripts will be processed as you have indicated on your request.
We are unable to process faxed requests.
No unofficial copies will be printed, but students can access their own grades via WebAdvisor.
