RACC Main Title

The project includes the complete replacement of the existing fire pump system serving Berks Hall at Reading Area Community College. Work includes demolition of the existing fire pump equipment; installation of a new fire pump, jockey pump, controllers, piping, valves, test header, electrical service, fire alarm monitoring, and all associated mechanical and electrical work required for a complete, tested, and operational fire protection system. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, testing, startup, commissioning, and closeout documentation required for a complete installation in accordance with NFPA 20, NEC, and all applicable federal, state, and local code.  https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/projects/242901/details
