Reading Area Community College uses Handshake, a career management system to connect employers and students. We encourage you to use Handshake to post your positions to reach RACC students and the over 2 million college and university students engaged on Handshake.

Recruiting Events and Activities

Career Services fosters connections between employers and students both on campus and online. This is achieved through on-campus information tables, targeted recruiting events, and collaborative programs with employers.
