Payment Information

Students are responsible for tuition and fees. If a student is receiving financial aid or other scholarship monies, any remaining balance must be paid by the student. In the event financial aid is withdrawn, the student is responsible for all expenses incurred to the college and will be expected to pay the full amount due.

Tuition and fee payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, cash or check.

  • Telephone (with a cashier) by calling 610-607-6235 or 1-800-626-1665, ext. 6235
     
  • Online through Self-Service
    Log into myRACC, click on the link "Self-Service/WebAdvisor" and select the box labeled "Your Account Information"
     
  • In person at the Cashier's Office

Deferred Payment Plan

To assist students in meeting their financial obligation to the college, a payment plan option will be offered as follows:

The percentage shown is the portion of your balance due on each due date listed for the semester.

Semester Payment Plan Due Dates Percent to be Paid
Fall July 1st
August 1st
September 1st
October 1st
25% of your balance is due on each of these dates
Winterim December 1st
First day of class
50% of your balance is due on each of these dates
Spring December 1st
January 1st
February 1st
March 1st
25% of your balance is due on each of these dates
Summer April 1st
May 1st
June 1st
July 1st
25% of your balance is due on each of these dates

 

Please keep in mind that a financial obligation was incurred when you registered for class. It is your responsibility to withdraw from classes in order to obtain any refund to reduce your financial liability to the College. A $25 fee may be assessed to all accounts after the initial payment due date.

If you are unable to remit payment, it is important to contact the Cashier's Office at 610-607-6235 to discuss your situation. Since failure to remit timely payment may prohibit you from registering for courses and/or may result in referring your account to a collection agency. This may result in collection fees being added to the amount due RACC and/or reporting the delinquency of the your account to a credit bureau.
