Each community college with a Phi Theta Kappa chapter may nominate only two candidates for this competition. The Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges awards the All-PA Academic Team nominees from the 14 Pennsylvania community colleges two years’ tuition to their choice of the 14 Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education universities, such as Kutztown, Millersville, West Chester.

Enhanced Membership Benefits
The Enhanced Membership Program is a voluntary program designed to reward those Phi Theta Kappa members who are active within the chapter. In comparison, standard membership requires no specific commitment to the chapter activities.
Just as our chapter competes for Five Star Status, our members can earn points and rewards by helping the chapter achieve its objectives. You must keep track of your own points and turn in your Enhanced Membership Form before or at the April chapter meeting. Include activities you will be doing through the end of May.
The Enhanced Membership Program year runs from June 1 to May 31.
Through this program, you can give back to your community and develop a sense of civic awareness while supporting your chapter. In addition, you will discover talents you never knew you had. All this should make you a better candidate for scholarships from Phi Theta Kappa and from four-year colleges, as well as helping to prepare you for your career.
International Scholar Laureate Program
Members of Phi Theta Kappa are invited to participate in the International Scholar Laureate Program. This program sponsors career delegations to China, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Two RACC students have participated in these career-focused trips. Stephani Germann traveled to Australia and Elaine Mendelsohn Pleet visited China.
