Terms and Conditions

I hereby certify that this submission is my original work and that I give my permission to RACC to print it in Legacy and to post it on the RACC website if it is selected for publication. Legacy also has permission to use my work in promotional materials including posters and online postings.

I understand that the Legacy staff reserves the right to edit my submission(s) to ensure clarity and accuracy of language, develop its effectiveness, and enhance its artistic appeal.

I understand that if the Legacy staff makes major changes to my submissions, they will send the edited work to the email address I have provided. It is my own responsibility to check said email address for any changes. If I dispute any of the changes made, it is my own responsibility to contact Legacy via email. If I do not contact Legacy following any communication about alterations being made to my work, it will be understood as tacit agreement to any such changes.

I understand that accepting these conditions counts as my electronic signature as it would on any other online form for RACC.
