Technology and Online Class Help
If you have questions about navigating your remote or online classes, using software such as Canvas, Zoom, and Microsoft Word, Excel, or Powerpoint, or need help using your personal computer, we would be happy to work with you. No question is too basic: we are all beginners once! Stop by any RACC Tutoring Center, or contact us to set up an appointment by either emailing email@example.com or calling 610-607-6248.
A weekly meeting with an academic coach can help keep you motivated and on track in your in person, remote, and online classes, as well as help you with developing strong study skills, self-confidence, setting and achieving goals. We can also help you with developing strategies for time management, textbook reading, note-taking, and managing test anxiety. To set up an appointment, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Jane at 610-607-6248.
Computers are available in the tutoring centers for use during your tutoring appointment; however, they are not available for general use. There are open computer labs available in Weitz Hall, Room W-131, and the Yocum Library, second and third floor.
