RACC Main Title

Reading Area Community College is soliciting bids for the Berks Hall Interior Paint Project (FY-26-27-05), which involves comprehensive interior painting and surface preparation work throughout designated classrooms, offices, hallways, and door frame locations in Berks Hall. The selected painting contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, protection, and incidentals necessary to patch, prepare, prime, and paint the specified surfaces. Work must be coordinated with the College to minimize disruption to students, faculty, staff, and visitors and shall be completed during normal business hours unless otherwise authorized by the College. This is a Fixed Fee Contract for work to be performed in Berks County, PA.
