Clerical duties

• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Answering telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Receiving visitors, and providing general information.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Support staff in assigned project-based work.
• Communicate with students, employees, and other individuals to answer questions or explain information.

Knowledge and skill requirements

• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.
• Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
• Bilingual Preferred

Flexible schedule, including daytime, or evening as required by the needs of the position.
