The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract and consists of the reconstruction and expansion of an existing parking lot for students and employees of RACC. The project calls for two hundred seventy-four (274) parking spaces, which will be a combination of existing and new spaces.  The work includes, but is not limited to site clearing, soil erosion control and maintenance of the same, grading and compaction, paving, pavement markings, signage, and all related items for a complete project in every respect.
