There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held at the  Schmidt Training & Technology Center Schmidt 15 North Front Street , Reading, Pennsylvania 19602 at 10:00 on 09-03-2025, followed by a tour of the project site, prevailing time for the purpose of considering questions posed by thebidders. Due to the special nature of the work involved that can only be seen by an in-depthvisitation, bidders must visit the project site as an integral and important element of the biddingprocess so that all bidders have an equal understanding of the scope of work involved.
