Summary: WORKING HOURS TO BE ASSIGNED BASED ON DEPARTMENTAL NEED AND CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONE EVENING PER WEEK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Answering the telephone
2. Helping walk-in inquiries.
3. Scheduling appointments.
4. Preparing admissions packets.
5. Preparing mailings, data entry.
6. Provide other duties as assigned.     

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

Language Skills:

Candidates must have excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills.

Computer Skills:

Qualified candidates should be comfortable with Windows-based software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
